Shipping

Definitely! We offer worldwide shipping through reliable carriers like USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery of your package.

For customers in the USA, shipping times depend on the product you order.

  • For bodysuits, jackets, hats and jewelry, processing time is 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically take 3-5 business days, while priority and express shipping take 1-3 business days. However, if you live in a remote area, please allow extra time for delivery.

  • For footwear and all other apparel, (unless otherwise stated) these items are made to order and take 5 to 8 business days to be made before they are shipped. Priority shipping takes 5-8 days (free with orders over $80), while standard shipping takes about 2-3 weeks.
  • Standard: 2-3 weeks
  • Priority: 6-10 days.
  • Express: 5-8 business days. Please note Customs can delay the delivery time. For remote places, please allow extra time to complete delivery.

Please note that unless otherwise stated, all bodysuits and accessories are ready to ship, while all other apparel and footwear take 5 to 8 business days to be made before they are shipped.

Absolutely! Once your package is posted, a tracking number will automatically be sent to the email address you provided, so you can easily monitor its progress and delivery status.

All ready to ship packages ship from the USA, through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Made-to-order items ship directly from our various partners in the USA and around the world (depending on the product). Our partners use USPS, FedEx and DHL.

If your order contains both 'Ready to Ship' items and 'Made to Order' items, they will be shipped separately. Items that are ready to ship will be processed within 24 hours and shipped to their destination. However, if one or more items are 'Made to Order', they will be shipped as soon as the product is ready, which typically takes 5-8 business days. This means that items that are 'Ready to Ship' and 'Made to Order' will be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Depending on your country’s customs laws, you may be required to pay a tax before obtaining your package. In some areas, such as the UK, France, and Brazil, the local postal service may charge an extra handling fee for processing packages affected by customs taxes. Customs taxes and any possible handling fees are not included in the grand total of your order.

Exchanges & Returns

If you need to modify or cancel your order, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to contact us. We cannot make any changes or cancellations after this 24-hour period as your order will have already been placed in production.

Please keep in mind if your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify your order, even if you make the request within the 24-hour window.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns initiated after 14 days but within 30 days will qualify for store credit (in the form of a gift card) instead of a refund.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

  • New condition with tags still attached
  • Unworn
  • Free of perfume and body odor
  • In resalable condition
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the printable shipping label.

If we receive a returned item that is worn, damaged, or has any odor (such as perfume, smoke, or other scents), we reserve the right to withhold all or a portion of the refund amount. Our return policy ensures that all customers receive products in brand-new condition, and items that do not meet these standards cannot be resold.

If a return is received outside the required return timeframe but is in new, unworn condition, it will not be eligible for a refund. However, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the return guidelines and send items back within the specified period in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition.

We have a size guarantee for all footwear! Wrong Size? No Worries: We offer a one-time replacement. The replacement request must be within 2 sizes of the original purchase. You must contact us within 21 days of delivery to initiate a replacement.

If you would like to initiate an exchange, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so. One free exchange within the USA per order is available with standard shipping only. To request a pre-paid exchange label, please email nilu@manifestie.com. Once we receive the item, you will receive a gift card for the full amount to repurchase your item.

FOOTWEAR

We have a size guarentee for all footwear! Wrong Size? No Worries: We offer a one-time replacement. The replacement request must be within 2 sizes of the original purchase. You must contact us within 21 days of delivery to initiate a replacement.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at nilu@manifestie.com within 3 days of delivery. Beyond this period, claims for damaged or defective items will not be accepted. When contacting us, provide detailed pictures of the damage to facilitate a prompt resolution. We will arrange for a replacement of the same item. Please ensure that the returned items are in their original condition, showing no signs of wear or use, and are free from any deodorant or perfume smells.

Store credit is valid for 1 year from the first order.
