What is Manifestie's Return Policy?
- We are happy to accept returns within 45 days from when your order was shipped for in-store credit (from the day we shipped out your package). We do not offer Refunds for Returns.
- If you need to exchange and item, simply return for in-store credit to repurchase what you need.
- In-store credit issued will be for the exact price you paid for the items, minus any discounts applied to your original order.

Returned items must be unworn/unwashed and in new condition. This includes visible signs of use, including: deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hair, etc. We will not process your return for in-store credit if the items are not within these conditions upon receipt at Manifestie.
- We do not accept returns on any custom order, swimsuit, underwear or sale items.
- All customer created items are final sale.
Defective/Damaged Items
- Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. *If you received defective, damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 5 days of when your package was delivered, with a photo of the defect or issue to: nilu@manifestie.com. We will fix it for you!
Return by Mail
- Please make sure to specify order number(s) so we can ensure your credit is accurate.
- Please include your original packing slip with the item(s) being returned.
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.

What Happens Once My Returned Items Arrive at Manifestie?
Once we receive your return, we will send your personal in-store credit code to your Manifestie account email. If you need us to send the code to a different email please include the email in the comments when placing your request, or let us know at nilu@manifestie.com
Returns may take up to 4 business days to process once they are delivered back to Manifestie. We will be sure to process returns and issue your In-store credit as soon as possible.
