Shipping policy

For in stockitems, we aim to ship our ready to ship items within 24 hours of the order (this may take longer during busy periods and holidays). For made to order items, please allow 5-8 business days before the item ships. We use fulfillment centers to ship our made to order apparel and shoes. 
These fulfillment centers use a variety of shipping carriers, including (but not limited to) USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS. We are unable to select a specific shipping carrier or pass along specific shipping information to these carriers based on customer request. We are unable to offer shipping insurance or signature confirmation for your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your package.

You are responsible for entering a valid and correct shipping address. Manifestie is not responsible for an item that was shipped to an address that was incorrectly entered by a customer at the time of purchase. If our shipping software detects an incorrect address, you will receive an automated email requesting an updated address. Failure to respond to this email will result in the suspension of shipping until you have confirmed your address.

In order to claim that a package was lost by the shipping carrier in order to receive a replacement or refund, the customer must provide tracking information associated with their order that states the package was lost. Manifestie is not responsible for any deliveries that the shipping carrier reports as “delivered” that the customer failed to receive. 

Manifestie is not responsible for refused packages.
